The predicted salary is between 33000 - 36000 £ per year.

Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites. Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH’s locations.

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: This post is permanent (subject to performance and continued funding).

EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse. Our success is through a diverse staff and volunteer team, who are passionate and committed to meeting the needs of our local communities.

This is a varied administrative and co-ordination role supporting the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and organisational projects. We are looking for a skilled and organised individual to provide high-quality administrative and co-ordination support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and wider organisational projects.

You will have:

  • Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills
  • Experience of diary and meeting management
  • Preparing reports and minutes
  • Maintaining trackers
  • Handling confidential information
  • Supporting projects or governance activity

You will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, plan and manage a varied workload and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear minutes, briefings and presentations in a timely way
  • Experience of working with multiple colleagues, teams or stakeholders to obtain information and co-ordinate contributions
  • Experience of preparing information and reports, e.g. agendas, meeting papers, minutes, action logs, briefing notes, reports and presentations
