About This Job
As Respiratory Key Account Manager within our Respiratory Commercial team, you’ll drive respiratory business growth through strategic account management, multi-channel healthcare provider engagement, and market access optimization across chronic rhinositis and severe asthma therapeutic areas. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers across your territory
- Develop and execute account plans that prioritize opportunities based on patient needs and business growth potential
- Work with NHS organizations to improve patient access to treatments and secure formulary approvals
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated account strategies and achieve business objectives
- Present clinical evidence and treatment value to healthcare professionals through various channels
- Track performance against targets and continuously adapt your approach to maximize results
- Ensure all activities meet healthcare industry compliance standards and ethical guidelines
About You
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare market access within the UK
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills – able to explain clinical information clearly to different audiences
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans
- Understanding of healthcare industry compliance and ethical standards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
