About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Franchise Head to take ownership of our Respiratory portfolio across the UK and Ireland. What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Own the complete P&L and long-term brand forecasting for our flagship medicine
- Lead ambitious growth strategies in partnership with Regeneron
- Translate global strategy into winning local brand plans, informed by deep market insights
- Team Leadership & Development
- Directly lead a large, dynamic team of talented professionals
- Drive cross‑functional excellence across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Patient Solutions
- Build a high‑performance culture rooted in brilliant execution, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Go-to-Market Transformation
- Spearhead GTM transformation and simplification initiatives
- Build industry‑leading omnichannel and agile capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement in field orchestration and customer engagement
