As Brand Manager PMED within our Vaccines UKIE MCO team, you'll lead the strategic transformation of the Pneumo, Meningitis, Endemics & Travel franchise — a portfolio of six vaccines with three upcoming launches. This role owns the 3–5 year vision to transition the franchise to a pure‑play, digital‑first, resource‑efficient model, freeing investment capacity to fuel launch excellence. Full P&L accountability is central.

Main responsibilities
- Define and drive a 3–5 year transformation vision for the PMED franchise, transitioning to a pure‑play, digital‑first model with reduced field dependency and resource efficiency to fuel upcoming launch investments.
- Own full P&L accountability for the PMED portfolio, including commercial policy management, budget optimisation, and pricing strategy to maximise return on investment and fund strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute integrated brand and omnichannel strategies for the PMED vaccine portfolio (travel, meningococcal, endemic), aligned with global and MCO objectives.
- Lead launch planning and readiness for pipeline products, coordinating cross‑functionally across medical, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Drive digital‑first customer engagement by managing digital assets (Campus pages, sanofivaccines website, PromoMats/Veeva Vault) and executing omnichannel campaigns and partnerships.
- Own demand forecasting and supply chain coordination to ensure portfolio availability, manage constrained products, and maintain accurate 3–6 month demand plans.
- Oversee the promotional materials lifecycle (PromoMats/Veeva Vault), coordinate PI updates across the portfolio, and ensure full ABPI compliance.
- Streamline and transform field force training requirements (iLearn) to be manpower‑efficient while maintaining compliance standards.
- Align with global PMED and Meninge teams to localise strategy, brand plans, and assets for the UK & Ireland market.
About You
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ABPI Level 3 Certified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare brand management, ideally within vaccines or established portfolios.
- Experience in P&L management, budget ownership, pricing strategy, and commercial policy management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital‑first, omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience with launch planning, launch excellence, and/or market access within the UK healthcare environment.
- Background in demand planning, supply chain coordination, and broader commercial operations.
- Familiarity with promotional materials approval systems such as PromoMats or Veeva Vault.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including ABPI guidelines and PI updates.
- Strategic and transformation‑focused mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven approach to decision making and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
