EAC Consulting Group are representing a Growing Finance Organisation based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an ambitious, target driven Business Development Executive to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales and delivering an excellent service then this is the role for you.
The opportunity to earn lucrative commission with a realistic OTE of £90,000 by year 3!
On Offer for the Sales Executive:
- £26,000 Basic
- OTE approx. £45,000+ 1st year, 2nd year £60,000+
- Generous uncapped commission
- Brand new offices with free on-site gym
- Social incentives and monthly awards
- Central Milton Keynes location
- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Duties for the Sales Executive:
- Generate and qualify leads by either cold calling, email or using LinkedIn
- Accurately create and collect all relevant documents
- Ensure that all proposals and documents remain compliant
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion to meet deadlines
- Manage existing relationships and build successful networking relationships to grow the business
- Represent the business at trade exhibitions
- Commit to the delivery of a positive client experience
- Improve knowledge of the finance products on offer
The ideal Sales Executive:
- Hungry, money motivated individual with a passion for sales
- Must be happy to pick up the phone and make up to 100 outbound dials+
- Previous sales experience in a similar role is desirable
- The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets
- Self-motivated, determined, and professional individual
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within a team or independently
