Our client is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their growing team. This is a varied role combining telesales, customer service, lead management and sales administration, with responsibility for managing customer enquiries from the initial point of contact through to booking demonstrations and progressing sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, so you'll play an important role in delivering a professional, responsive and friendly customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to sales enquiries via telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have requested information or expressed an interest
- Carry out outbound campaigns to existing customers to identify upselling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing suitable product advice
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
