Location: Suffolk (Site Based)

Salary: Basic salary £30,000 OTE £60,000 - £75,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Thursday - Monday (Tuesday Wednesday off)

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor with a proven track record in housebuilding sales? Our client, a well-established and highly respected residential developer, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team covering developments across Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with 5+ years' experience within new homes sales who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the face of the development, you will guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout. Working closely with site teams, solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and reservation targets.
  • Welcome and guide prospective purchasers around show homes and available properties.
