EAC are working with an Organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Systems Analyst to take ownership of their core business systems and help drive efficiency across the organisation. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with teams across operations, finance, sales and warehousing to improve processes, resolve system issues and support ongoing system development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the go-to person for business systems (ERP and integrated platforms)
- Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and improve processes
- Investigating and resolving system issues (2nd/3rd line support)
- Supporting system upgrades, changes and new implementations
- Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
- Testing system changes and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Training users and improving how teams use systems
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Background in systems analysis, application support, or business analysis
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Confidence working with data / databases (e.g. SQL)
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with Sage X3
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
- Understanding of finance, supply chain, or warehouse operations
