We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established UK manufacturing business specialising in storage and racking solutions. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with genuine progression available into Technician-level roles for the right candidates.
Pay
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch + 2 x 10-minute paid breaks
The role
This is a hands-on, physically demanding production role working in a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working as part of a team assembling and handling metal components.
Duties include
- Lifting metal components from storage racks
- Assembling and clipping components together
- Manual handling (team lifts for items over 15kg)
- Standing for long periods and repetitive work
- Working closely with a colleague at all times
- Following strict health safety procedures
