Our client, an established distributor is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. They offer great progression and full product and market training will be provided.
Salary: £30-40k, Negotiable DOE + profit sharing
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday in the office)
Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays and excellent pension scheme
The Role
- You will be responsible for developing business within a defined customer base, strengthening relationships, and generating new opportunities.
- Proactively calling new, existing, and dormant customers to grow sales.
- Promoting and selling a wide range of products, including those customers currently source elsewhere.
- Forecasting, sales planning, and driving new business wins.
- Building strong product and brand awareness across your customer base.
- Attending occasional external customer meetings (not a regular requirement).
About You
- We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused individual with strong telephone sales experience (product sales experience is essential).
- Experience managing your own customer portfolio and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, hardworking, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Resilience and a passion for achieving results.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
