Due to an internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a L&D Co-ordinator to join our fantastic Training Team. You will be working closely with a talented team of people with many years’ industry experience who are supportive, collaborative and very inclusive.
This role requires you to be on-site in Capenhurst near Chester (CH1 6ES) 5 days per week. Please apply ONLY if you live within a reasonable commuting distance.
About the role:
- First point of contact for information on all training enquiries
- Meet and greet delegates, complete registers and carry out face to face feedback sessions when required
- Produce and distribute course material, set out rooms and assist in smooth running of all course delivery
- Liaise with course speakers and attendees prior to and during course delivery
- Process bookings and course payments including PO and invoice processing
- Maintain course registers and distribute joining instructions
- Updating and working within Training Management System
- Responsible for booking of hotels, hire cars etc. to facilitate offsite course delivery
- Assist in compiling post-course financial and statistical reports for internal stakeholders
- Working with key stakeholders at various levels to identify and clarify the requirements and expectations for each course
- Assist with website content updates
- General assistance with EA Training business needs
What we’ll need from you:
- Experience within a customer facing role, reception, hospitality or retail would be ideal
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure, working to very strict deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to EA Training requirements
- Positive can-do attitude
- Personable and willing to go the extra mile
- Experience of Learning Management (ePortfolio) systems would be an advantage as would experience working with CRM systems
