Due to significant growth and expansion, we have a vacancy for an Engineering Training Consultant to teach Level 4 modules so, if you’re already an experienced Engineering Trainer, we’d love to hear from you! ***3 days per week at Capenhurst (CH1 6ES) as well as travelling to other locations*** Deliver HNC Level 4 modules in Electrical or Power Engineering • Provide academic and technical support to learners both in the classroom and online • Liaise with internal and external quality assurance personnel A Level 5 qualification or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a closely related discipline (e.g. HND, Foundation Degree, BEng) • Strong subject knowledge in electrical/power engineering at Level 4 or above is essential • Understanding of teaching, learning and assessment strategies appropriate for adult learners and technical apprentices • Knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements relevant to electrical engineering training • Skilled in assessing written and practical work against academic and vocational standards • Proficient in using digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Competence in creating and adapting learning materials to suit course specifications and learner needs • Comfortable working with awarding body requirements and internal/external quality assurance procedures • Familiarity with quality assurance processes including internal verification and external moderation Up to £65,000 + annual bonus based on business & individual performance • Career development opportunities: Work-life balance: With flexible working options, we support our employees in balancing their professional and personal lives. • Holidays: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, with an extra day for every three years completed (up to a maximum of 30 days).
