About the role
The Lead Deployment Engineer will lead complex deployments from technical readiness through to on‑site or remote execution and customer acceptance, in line with EA Technology standards for safety, quality, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own deployment planning, task sequencing, technical coordination, and issue resolution during delivery windows.
- Provide technical leadership to deployment engineers and ensure all work follows approved standards and methods.
- Validate that environments, hardware, data, and dependencies are ready before deployment activity begins.
- Identify risks and recurring blockers in deployment processes and drive improvement actions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues during deployment and work with specialists to recover timelines when problems arise.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, field teams, and customer stakeholders throughout mobilisation and go‑live.
