Due to continued growth and increased demand, we’re looking for a Lead Developer – LV Monitoring to join our Product & Engineering team. About the role

This is a key technical leadership role responsible for a specific product domain within EA Technology’s SaaS portfolio. As Lead Developer, you will act as the primary technical authority for the LV Monitoring product, ensuring its architecture, codebase and technical direction evolve in line with product goals and engineering standards. You will work closely with Product Management, UX and delivery teams, contributing to both product discovery and delivery. You will provide early technical insight, guide implementation decisions and ensure the product remains scalable, maintainable and aligned to long‑term architectural principles.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical authority for the LV Monitoring product, maintaining deep knowledge of its architecture and codebase
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams delivering product enhancements and new features
  • Contribute to product discovery, providing input on feasibility, architecture and implementation trade‑offs
  • Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation of software components, services and integrations
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and advanced analytics capabilities to enhance product value
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, architectural principles and modern development practices
  • Promote strong CI/CD practices, automated testing and code quality across development teams
  • Coordinate technical delivery across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and quality
  • Drive continuous improvement of the product’s maintainability, performance and technical debt profile
  • Contribute as active senior software developer

What we’ll need from you

  • Strong software development skills across Microsoft stack (latest C#/.NET) back‑end and/or front‑end SPA (React or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS or cloud‑based software systems
  • Experience designing and evolving scalable, maintainable software architectures
  • Experience leading technical delivery within development teams
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing)
  • Ability to translate product requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, UX and Engineering teams
  • Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline

  • Experience working with telemetry‑driven or connected‑device platforms
  • Experience developing analytics or data‑driven software systems
  • Experience coordinating development across distributed or external teams
  • Experience applying AI or advanced analytics within software products
