We are looking for a motivated and professional Internal Sales Advisor to join our growing team on a full-time, office-based basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, generating sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare and follow up quotations in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Support the external sales team with account management and lead generation
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records within the CRM system
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an internal sales or sales support role

  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
