As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC invites you to join our passionate and dynamic team as we pioneer the future of football fandom. You will shape bold, immersive player experiences, collaborating with the Experience Design Manager and cross-functional teams across Game Design, Production, User Research, Engineering, and Art.
Responsibilities- Design refined, user-centered experiences that simplify complex game mechanics and systems, enhance player engagement, and meet FC’s high standards for visual excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, business goals, and project timelines while championing design quality.
- Work across 2D and 3D gaming contexts, documenting and sharing your thinking with stakeholders from early concept through implementation.
- Facilitate and participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and moodboard creation.
- Leverage and expand our UI Design System to build cohesive, innovative user experiences, introducing new patterns where valuable.
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions with strong visual direction and interaction design.
- 3+ years of experience driving feature design to completion in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other design tools with strong prototyping capabilities and a deep understanding of UI Design Systems.
- Proven communication skills with experience presenting and justifying design decisions to diverse audiences, using feedback to refine designs.
- Proven ability to stage features, define MVPs and iterate improvements through collaborative processes.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, composition, typography, color theory, illustration, and iconography.
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, creating interactive prototypes and contributing to Design Systems.
- Deeply passionate about making and playing games.
- Experience working on AAA game titles.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Motion design abilities (After Effects, Flash).
- Familiarity with 3D tools like Maya.
