Job Summary
Join us at Electronic Arts and help inspire the world to play.
As a Senior Technical Artist - Tools and Pipelines - EA SPORTS F1, you will work with our F1 studio to improve how content is created, validated, and integrated into the official F1® games.
Reporting to the Technical Art Director, you will collaborate with artists and engineers to develop production tools, solve workflow challenges, and make new technology scalable and reliable for our teams.

Responsibilities
- You will develop and maintain artist-facing tools and pipelines using Python and 3ds Max, supporting additional DCC applications and proprietary technology.
- You will partner with artists, designers, and engineers to introduce new features and improve the reliability, usability, and efficiency of content creation workflows.
- You will evaluate and promote responsible use of AI-assisted tools, guiding teams to adopt them in ways that improve productivity while maintaining quality, security, and clear ownership.
- You will mentor technical artists and content creators, sharing technical knowledge and establishing tools and pipeline best practices across our teams.
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical art, tools development, pipeline development, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing production tools using Python, MAXScript, or a comparable scripting language.
- Experience maintaining and supporting content pipelines connected to a real-time game engine.
- Experience with a digital content creation application such as 3ds Max or Maya.
