About the Role

The purpose of the Design Sales Surveyor role is to survey and prepare accurate and detailed quotations for security, life safety, and fire alarm systems within the Social Housing sector. This is a key role within the business, supporting clients from initial survey through to proposal submission and order placement, while ensuring compliance and best practice is maintained throughout. The role will cover Surrey / London / M25 corridor.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attend site visits, site surveys, and project meetings to identify and determine client requirements
  • Undertake technical surveys to obtain information required to provide fully compliant quotations for Fire and/or Security System works
  • Identify clear and concise scopes of work and recommend the best solution in line with compliance and best practice
  • Issue proposals to clients in line with their requirements and effectively chase for orders
  • Manage the sales pipeline through the Simpro CRM database
