EA-RS Group is looking for a Project Manager to oversee Sprinkler Installations across London and Southeast. You will be managing Commercial Install Projects ranging from £5k to £2m. This is a field-based role with regular travel to the office in St Albans.

What We're Looking For:

  • To Deliver Projects to a high standard, on time and within budget
  • To ensure ‘Great’ Customer satisfaction, by exceeding delivery expectations, maintaining close customer contact, thus promoting us as a supplier of choice
  • To own & effectively control all allocated projects
  • To provide clear & detailed project planning, communication, execution and reporting, administratively and on site
  • CSCS Card and SSSTS/SMSTS.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Fire Sprinkler installation projects from award through to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones.
  • Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and commercial performance.
  • Conduct site visits and attend client, contractor, and progress meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.
  • Support health and safety compliance across all project activities.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
