EA-RS Group is looking for a Sprinkler Service Engineer to work on servicing, maintenance and inspections on live commercial properties across London and the South East.

What We're Looking For:

  • To deliver projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • To ensure great customer satisfaction, by exceeding delivery expectations, maintaining close customer contact.
  • To own & effectively control all allocated projects.
  • To provide clear & detailed project planning, communication, execution and reporting, administratively and on site.
  • Proven experience servicing and maintaining Fire Sprinkler systems.
  • Good working knowledge of sprinkler systems, valves, pumps, tanks, and associated equipment.
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards, including BS EN 12845 and BS 9251.
  • Experience carrying out routine inspections, testing, fault finding, and remedial works.
  • A commitment to health, safety, and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To perform the routine service and maintenance of sprinkler service and maintenance / protection systems in accordance with all appropriate National / International Standards, Codes of Practice, Guidance Notes and OEM Manuals.
  • To provide attendance for the non-routine maintenance visits (Call Outs) and to remedy the associated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • To complete all paperwork accurately and to have this returned to the office in a timely manner.
  • To attend site and conduct oneself in attire and a manner expected from a professional Fire Engineering company.
  • To ensure all equipment issued to yourself by the company is used and maintained as designed and any items requiring calibration are returned to the office in a timely manner.
  • To ensure all expenses and timesheets are completed correctly and issued in a timely manner and within the timeframes set out by the Finance Department.
