EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent lettings agency based in East London to recruit a Property Manager to join their experienced team. In this role you will be working within a team of 4 managing a portfolio of 700 properties, dealing with all aspects of maintenance and compliance. Perfect opportunity for an individual with some experience working in a property management related role looking for the next step. Interviewing now!
Duties:
- Property Management
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Organising emergency repairs and planned works
- Dealing with compliance safety Certs: EICR, Gas safety, EPC
- Conducting inspections
- Tenancy Administration Check ins/Check outs
- Dealing with any issues and complaints
Experience/skills required:
- Experience working within a property management-based role
- Driving licence and own car would be beneficial
- Ability to speak Romanian would be beneficial but not essential
- Proactive and organised
- IT proficient
Salary/Benefits:
- £30k salary pa.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Opportunity for a long-term role in a friendly team
