EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate agency covering Central London to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Managing a strong portfolio of high-value overseas landlords, they are now expanding their local landlord presence across Prime Central London.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, exposure to Prime Central London stock, and excellent progression opportunities within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and conducting property viewings, showcasing properties and strong local area knowledge
- Negotiating rental terms to achieve the best outcomes for landlords and tenants
- Managing tenant applications, referencing, and compliance checks
- Ensuring all properties meet current legal, health, and safety requirements
- Building strong relationships with landlords to drive repeat business and referrals
- Working closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless handover once a tenancy is agreed
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and providing informed advice to clients
What We're Looking For
- 12-18 months experience in a lettings negotiator or similar role (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of UK lettings legislation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines effectively
- Experience using Alto software is a bonus
- Adaptable, motivated, and eager to progress
What We Offer
- £35k OTE
- Salary up to £26,000 per year plus commissions
