You'll get involved in high profile and prestigious projects from inception through to completion, seeing the full life cycle of the project through including site visits. Your role will be to support colleagues with commercial and project management activities including:
- Supporting with tenders and documentation
- Organising, reviewing and analysing quotations
- Assisting the project team
- Assisting with procurement
- Reviewing project spend
- Budget preparation
- Site visits
- Tracking project change or variations that occur
- Assist with the production and agreement of final accounts
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, final accounts and claim documents
We're looking for individuals who are committed, reliable and enthusiastic along with having excellent communication and organisational skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel is essential. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team with plenty of opportunity for development.
