Senior Shift Supervisor

My client are looking for an experienced and process driven Senior Shift Supervisor to join their team within Oxfordshire.

My client are a rapidly growing 3PL business based in Oxfordshire, that through their continued growth have created a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Shift Supervisor to join their team.

As the Senior Shift Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in helping drive daily operational performance and support the wider warehouse management team.

This role will oversee key functions including goods-in, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and MHE use, ensuring all activity aligns with KPIs and efficiency targets. You'll focus on improving processes, managing labour effectively, and promoting a productive, compliant, and team-oriented warehouse culture.

The successful candidate of the Senior Shift Supervisor role based within Oxfordshire, will have the following experience and skill set.

• Experienced warehouse leader with a strong grasp of end-to-end operations, inventory control, and logistics, ideally in a supervisory or shift leadership role.
• Confident in leading teams, improving performance, and using WMS and data to support decision-making and drive efficiency.
• Well-versed in health and safety practices, highly organised, calm under pressure, and an effective communicator.

Competitive Salary

Monday – Friday (8am-4pm)
