Do you have SAP experience? Want to join a fast-growing, award-winning tech company, where you'll be reporting directly into the CEO? We're looking for a proactive Sales Operations Controller for a fixed term of up to 14 months, to support the global sales operations. You'll ensure smooth internal processes, from SAP-based transactions and CRM updates, to order fulfilment, licensing, and logistics.

In this varied role, you'll be:

  • Managing SAP sales processes including quotes, orders and invoices
  • Coordinating customer communication, payments, licensing, and documentation
  • Overseeing online sales
  • Handling shipping, procurement and payment processing
  • Administering CRM, e-commerce, legal documents including NDAs and contracts
  • Supporting IT procurement
  • Maintaining records, generating reports and triaging shared mailboxes

This role will require a strong background in administration/operations along with ERP (ideally SAP) experience. You'll be confident using Excel and be an efficient organiser who is detail focused. Multi-tasking will be a strength and you'll have great time management expertise!

Desirable experience includes:

  • Sales/commercial operations
  • A legal understanding of contracts
  • Knowledge of shipping, logistics and incoterms
