We're exclusively recruiting a French Speaking Business Development Representative to join a growing commercial team within a technology-led environment. This role offers a strong balance of outbound business development and hands-on sales support, working closely with experienced Field Sales Representatives to drive new revenue and build a healthy sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys proactive prospecting, structured sales processes, and exposure to the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Business Development
- Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify potential opportunities
- Book high-quality first meetings and demonstrations for Field Sales Representatives
- Accurately track all activity and lead progression within the CRM
Sales & Pipeline Support
- Support Field Sales Representatives with opportunity administration and CRM updates
- Coordinate proposals, quotes, and contract documentation with internal stakeholders
- Produce pipeline and activity reports to support forecasting and performance tracking
- Prepare sales presentations and client-facing materials
Experience
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development with a strong outbound focus
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
- Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach
