We are pleased to be recruiting for a Payment Processing Associate, on a 3-month temporary contract for this growing London-based FinTech company. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in payments or back-office operations within the financial sector.

This is a busy and varied role, where you will be:

  • Opening, processing, and funding accounts on behalf of clients
  • Checking high-value transactions to fund the accounts opened
  • Recording confirmations of transactions
  • Confirming with internal teams on all payments executed daily
  • Communicating with banking partners regarding account openings and the execution of payments to and from them
  • Preparation of accurate file instruction from offline spreadsheets
  • Operational reconciliations
  • Uploading interest earned to client accounts portfolio
  • Updating platform entries to reflect deposits and withdrawals to client accounts
  • Ensuring accurate recordings of product references and dates in line with deposits
  • Uploading client deposits to the platform in line with internal processes
  • Managing and circulating posts and cheques received into the office

Ideally, you will have experience in payment operations, strong analytical skills, excellent Excel skills, and high attention to detail. Banking, financial services or fintech experience would be desirable.

Location: London (near Liverpool Street)

Hybrid working - Tuesday-Thursday in the office
