EA First in Newmarket is recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time onsite. You will provide first-line HR advice, cover recruitment, onboarding, ER casework, and learning & development coordination.

You\'ll lead immigration and visa administration, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and support managers with disciplinary, capability and absence matters. Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and experience with apprenticeship programmes.
