IPSE (The Self-Employed Association) is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to own the finance function. This part-time role (21-24.5 hours/week) offers hybrid working in London and a salary of £70,000-£75,000 FTE. You will lead financial planning, reporting and governance for a member-focused organisation.

You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, payroll and VAT, and Partner with the MD and Board to shape strategic decisions. Fully qualified accountant with UK PQE is essential.
