- Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice
- Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts
- Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
- Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
- Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
- Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
- Reports, claims and dispute resolution
- Support business growth and promote our company brand
What We're Looking For
- Preferably degree-qualified
- RICS membership preferred
- Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
