Are you a hands-on, B2B Marketing Manager looking for a broad, varied role that offers autonomy, ownership and creativity? You'll be involved across the full marketing mix from planning and content creation to events, digital campaigns and performance reporting. As this role sits within a small marketing team, there's lots of scope to grow quickly and see the direct impact of your work in a commercial B2B environment!
Your role will cover:
- B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social and content channels
- Own and drive organic and paid visibility through SEO and SEM activity
- Management of campaign activity in HubSpot
- Design and produce high-quality marketing assets
- Coordinate industry event participation end-to-end
- Webinar and roundtable delivery
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance
- Support with the development of case studies, testimonials and success stories
- Own and grow the company's social media presence
- Support ABM activity for target accounts
- PR & Media relations, competitor research, website content management and budget management.
You’ll need to have marketing experience in data services, software, platforms with hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally gained client side rather than agency, along with:
- Practical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence producing polished collateral in InDesign
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles, with practical experience optimising content, responding to news events and managing paid search activity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercially minded
Any of the following would be ideal to have:
- Degree in Marketing (or closely related discipline)
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
- Experience working with external agencies
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot campaigns, workflows, reporting
- Experience in marketing in utilities, telecoms, financial services or retail
