The Role
- As a Partner, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality audit and accounts services, while contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the firm.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery.
- Taking responsibility for billing, engagement oversight, and monitoring client performance.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with long‑standing clients.
- Mentoring and developing junior staff while collaborating with fellow partners and directors.

The Ideal Candidate
