Are you a forward-thinking, proactive EA, who’s used to working in a start-up environment, supporting at CEO and C-suite level? In this newly created, fast-paced role, you’ll be prioritising making a significant difference to the smooth running of a very busy CEO & Leadership Teams schedules allowing them to ensure strategic priorities are on track and operations run smoothly.
You’ll be joining a hardworking, dynamic and high-energy team who move fast and embrace change! This is a critical and high-impact role at the heart of a growing business, where you’ll have the opportunity to really make the role your own, with areas of responsibility including:
- Executive Support to the CEO
- Diary management & meeting coordination for CEO and CFO
- C-Suite & Leadership Team support
- Travel & Logistics support
- Event planning
- Added value projects to support the business
New ideas are always welcome and progression opportunities available. As you’d expect, you’ll need a high level of discretion, proactiveness, initiative and strategic awareness. This a full-time, permanent position which is likely to include some occasional work outside of normal office hours, as and when needed.
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid working - at least 3 days in the office per week)
Hours: Monday-Friday - Full-time
