We are looking for a Data & Power BI Manager to lead a small team. Working for a national household retailer. This role is virtually remote, with 2-3 days a month required to attend their UK HQ.

Reporting into the Director of Customer Insights & Data Analytics, you will:

  • Create and manage their suite of dashboards, to help facilitate the business to get closer to their customers, informing business strategy and decision making.
  • Help and lead the development of automation solutions and workflow integrations, using platforms such as Databricks, Airflow, Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Help define the right data flow architecture that delivers tangible results quickly.
  • Lead and develop a small team of Analysts.
  • Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to turn their analytical challenges into useful data they can make decisions on.

You will be:

  • Proven within Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Well versed in data visualisation and BI best practice.
  • Expert in SQL.
  • Experience within Databricks, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
  • Proven record of managing automation and workflow tools and embedding them in operational processes.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Experience of developing internal key stakeholder relationships.

On offer a salary of £80-85k + up to 20% bonus & other benefits.
