We are looking for an operational Customer Service and Fulfilment Manager for an interim 6 months assignment with the possibility of a longer term appointment. Ideally you will have experience of working across the EMEA operations. You will lead a team through a period of transition working cross functionally to ensure targets are met and the customer experience is a good one.

Leading global manufacturer

In this role you will be responsible for leading customer service, fulfilment and service admin functions. You will look to implement improvements and and work across the organisation to ensure that targets are met and the the customers experience of order to cash is a good one. You will have experience of managing a small team and be a self starter able to get up and running quickly and make a difference.

You will have had prior experience of running a customer fulfilment team. The ability to operate across the different functions of a business to improve performance and be happy to look at a role on an interim basis.
