We're excited to be recruiting for a proactive Office Administrator to join a brilliant team based on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is a varied role supporting the smooth running of the business across administration, facilities, HR, social media and general office support.
- Administration
- Managing day-to-day administration, systems and records
- Handling calls, post, visitors and general office queries
- Basic HR duties, including maintaining employee records, tracking holidays, sickness and new starter inductions
- Facilities
- Opening and securing the office and maintaining a tidy working environment
- Managing office supplies, cleaning, maintenance and external contractors
- Supporting general office organisation, including shredding and archiving
- Finance & Employee Support
- Raising invoices and assisting with general finance administration
- Maintaining Health & Safety records and risk assessments
- Coordinating required checks, including fire safety, PAT testing and First Aid
- Inductions and training
Ideally, you'll have worked in a similar administrative role, however training is available. You'll have strong IT skills including MS Office along with being confident talking to people over the phone and in person.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm & Friday 8am-4:30pm
