My client, a leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton, are seeking an Internal Sales Advisor. This is a key role in driving success through strong customer relationships and seamless sales processes. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.
As Internal Sales Advisor reporting to the Sales Manager you will:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and generate new leads.
- Provide quotations and advice across our full product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Use Salesforce to track activities and manage opportunities.
- Process orders accurately using Orderwise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and identify training needs.
The most desirable Internal Sales Advisor applicant will have:
- Proven experience in outbound sales and relationship building.
- Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and Orderwise (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
£26,000 - £28,000 plus benefits. Please note this role is full time on-site in Wolverhampton.
