You will take ownership of key audit assignments, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard while fostering team development and exceptional client relationships. Lead audit fieldwork on key client assignments, managing planning, budgeting, and delivery within agreed deadlines and budgets Review and mentor trainee work, ensuring quality and supporting professional growth Maintain high standards of quality assurance and client care throughout all assignments Support portfolio management and assist with billing processes Identify and act on business development opportunities, including networking and expanding client relationships Stay current with technical developments to enhance service delivery You will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, professional qualifications, and organisational skills, enabling you to deliver high-quality work while maintaining the highest standards.
