We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Office Manager to lead on facilities, sales support and administration, whilst ensuring ongoing ISO compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys streamlining processes and keeping operations audit-ready.
In this small business, it's "all hands on deck" and this role offers a great deal of variety and the opportunity to make the role your own, offer and implement new ideas and streamline existing processes and policies.
If you have implemented and/or maintained ISO 9001 or 14001 previously, this would be a huge plus as the role will include making sure processes are up to date, preparing for audits and ensuring the relevant actions are completed to ensure compliance.
You'll be responsible for everything from facilities, maintenance of building, sales support including quotations and order processing, health and safety to sales and purchase ledger.
Experience of Salesforce is essential; you'll be able to hit the ground running with new ideas and suggestions on how to best utilise the functionality of the system. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential along with (ideally) Sage.
You'll have exceptional attention to detail and be able to manage your time effectively.
Location: Near Newmarket (Due to location, your own transport is essential.)
Hours: Monday-Friday - Full time
Salary: Negotiable
