EA First is partnering exclusively with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant for an initial three month contract.
This is a fully remote opportunity, we are specifically looking for someone with hands-on Sage Intacct experience who can quickly integrate into a small finance team and provide support across transactional finance.
The role is paying £22-£25 per hour (umbrella).
Our client is a highly regarded, purpose led organisation operating within the not-for-profit sector.
With a busy and varied finance function, they require additional support over the next three months and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal systems training.

Assistant: You will provide hands-on support across purchase ledger, sales ledger, banking and wider transactional finance.
Responsibilities will include: Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses using Sage Intacct.
Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries and checking supplier statements.
Maintaining supplier and customer information within the finance system.
Completing credit card and travel card reconciliations.
