EA First Ltd is recruiting an HR Manager to own and develop all HR activities in a standalone role at a growing Essex-based business. You will lead onboarding, payroll preparation, and employee relations while shaping new HR processes in partnership with the Directors.
The role covers strategic HR work and day-to-day administration, with CIPD qualification preferred and experience at senior advisor/manager level. BrightHR experience is useful. Hybrid work in Braintree with one day remote weekly.
