My client, a leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. They operate from a purpose-built site in Wolverhampton and are a market leader in their product offering. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.

As Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email to a range of key account customers
  • Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Offer proactive recommendations to enhance customer experience
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate database records
  • Support general administrative tasks within the team
