As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services across a varied portfolio. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is delivered accurately and within deadlines
- Preparing and submitting year-end accounts, Corporation Tax Computations, VAT Returns, and Confirmation Statements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Managing client expectations and leading closing meetings to finalise accounts
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
- Assisting with the implementation of efficient workflows and process improvements
- Ensuring client files and compliance work meet high quality standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
- Delivering professional and commercially focused client service at all times
