My client, a leading cybersecurity business, is seeking a Pre-Sales Director (Cyberdefense) based in London and/or Kent. The company is part of a larger reputable group with a portfolio of clients across financial services, utilities, legal, and manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transition, transformation, and cloud-first strategies within the organization.
- Implement strategic roadmaps for IS/IT security restructuring projects, including frameworks such as ISO27001/2:2005/13 & DORA.
- Own strategic, operational, and tactical IT security and risk management, ensuring compliance with technical and legislative mandates.
- Manage large-scale security transformation and change programmes.
- Develop the company's external presence through public speaking at industry events and creating thought leadership content like whitepapers.
- Identify and explore opportunities and gaps in the cybersecurity market for sales and pre-sales activities.
- Create reference architectures tailored to vertical market needs based on group and UK capabilities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in public speaking at industry conferences and events.
- Working knowledge of key cybersecurity technology partners such as Palo Alto, Microsoft, Zscaler, Splunk, or Cisco.
- Deep understanding and experience in at least one vertical sector: Banking & Finance, Energy & Utilities, or Manufacturing.
- Proven track record in developing cybersecurity consulting practices, especially in Enterprise Architecture, GRC, and Advisory services.
- Full P&L responsibility for Cyber Technology and/or Advisory Practices.
- Experience managing large security transformation projects.
Compensation: £140,000 - £160,000 plus significant bonus and benefits.
