As Help Desk you will be responding to hardware and software problems related but not limited to:
- Email, MS Teams, and other MS Office Products
- Printers
- Imaging New Computers
- Desktop phones
- Identify potential cyber security issues
- Drive mapping
- Changing Passwords
- Desk Setup for IT equipment
