Looking for a newly created, standalone HR Manager role offering variety, autonomy and a huge reward factor from being able to develop new processes, initiatives and really make the role your own?

In this pivotal role, you'll be HR Manager in a small, but growing business - with the goal of ensuring smooth HR operations as well as working closely with the owners on new HR ideas (which are encouraged). Excitingly, there are many projects to get off the ground as well as managing day-to-day HR queries. Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Employee onboarding and preboarding

  • Part of the Senior Leadership Team with active contribution in meetings

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who is an organised, forward-thinking HR professional, as well as a self-starter that can work collaboratively with Directors to set and achieve combined goals. As this is a standalone role, we require someone who is happy to cover all levels of HR from the senior, more strategic work to the admin tasks and everything in between.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and used to working at senior HR advisor/generalist or Manager level. Experience of using BrightHR would be useful but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to join at a really exciting point of growth for the business!
