A first class finance team in a leading Midlands Charity is seeking a Finance Business Partner. Our client is a leading Midlands Charity that improves the lives of people going through illness, through care and compassion.
As Finance Business Partner reporting to the Head of Finance you will:
- Manage and oversee the financial management information, analysis and advice to the senior management and other senior staff throughout the charity.
- Provide commentary on performance to senior management at performance review meetings ensuring key financial issues, forecast changes, risks and opportunities are highlighted.
- Own cashflow forecasts and net present value calculations to evaluate business cases and procurement tenders.
- Take a lead on working with the senior management in developing long term plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency savings.
- Monitor and review budgets and forecasts and ensure that intervention is taken as necessary to avoid any overspend.
The most suitable Business Partner will:
- Be a qualified member of a recognised accounting body (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Have a demonstrable track record of Business Partnering.
- Showcase stakeholder management and customer liaison skills.
Up to £53,000 per annum.
