We’re partnering with a global insurance business on a significant customer data modernisation programme, and are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead delivery.
The Role
You’ll own end-to-end delivery of a complex data programme focused on modernising how customer data is managed and consolidated across the organisation, working across technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a customer data modernisation programme to agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Maintain programme governance, RAID management and senior stakeholder reporting
Key Skills
- Proven experience delivering data programmes - Master Data Management, Single Customer View, Customer 360, data migration or data platform modernisation
- Strong understanding of data management concepts including data quality, data governance and data integration
- Confident bridging technical and business stakeholders in a large, complex organisation
- Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated environment
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Azure or Databricks
- Exposure to MDM tooling - IBM, Informatica, Reltio or similar
- Experience managing third-party implementation partners
