Job Description

Strategy Manager (Wealth Management / Investments)

Our reputable client is currently seeking a contract Strategy Manager for an initial 3 month contract (inside IR35 / Umbrella). Hybrid working from London.

Overview

The role is for a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Manager to join a Corporate Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone with strategy development, analysis and insight experience. It will support cross-business senior leaders to develop and deliver executive sign-off on key strategic think-pieces for our future direction.

Key responsibilities include:

– Conduct market and competitor analysis focused on client and adviser landscape.

– Utilise data analysis experience to analyse and review historic and forecast forward-looking performance.

– Outline financial cost-benefit case associated with key strategic options coming out of strategy work and feed any agreed output.

– Act as thought partner and content lead on key strategic documents to support executive sign-off.

Skills/experience required:

  • Critical to have a understanding of wealth management business models, client needs, and investment products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modelling and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the experience collaborating with and supporting senior stakeholders.
