The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Solutions Architects to join a dynamic consulting environment, working with clients to shape, design, and deliver modern data architectures. This role suits individuals who can operate confidently at both a strategic and hands-on level, bringing clarity and structure to complex, evolving data landscapes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and define enterprise-scale data architectures, including data platforms, models, and integration patterns
- Develop target-state architectures aligned with broader business and technology strategies
- Establish and mobilise data architecture capabilities within client organisations
- Implement data governance frameworks, standards, and tooling (e.g. metadata, lineage, data quality)
- Define and embed data principles, reusable patterns, and architectural templates
- Translate data and technology roadmaps into tangible business outcomes
- Shape data operating models that enable scalable, data-driven organisations
- Navigate ambiguity, often working in environments where data strategies or platforms are still evolving
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite and Director level) to drive data-led decision making
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience designing modern data platforms (cloud, lakehouse, data warehousing, integration)
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a consulting environment
- Expertise in data governance, data modelling, and architectural frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
